Project management
Each of the projects we undertake has a project manager, who is in charge of ensuring that the final product meets the needs and requirements agreed upon. In addition, he is the person who ensures that there is a fluid and constant communication within the team and with the client.

For each of our clients' projects, we appoint a Project Manager, who will act as a single point of contact to ensure that requirements are accurately met.
The PM's main role is to ensure that the final product meets the client's expectations and to organize the activities of the development team to be in compliance with the defined priorities.
He/she also has the ability to identify potential future risks and take the necessary measures to minimize the impact they may have on the budget and due dates.
The PM will be the person in charge of keeping the client informed and maintaining fluid communication in order to include in the planning, any new requirements identified throughout the development of the project.
